Dr. Ashraf Jahmani is an Associated Professor holds PhD. in Tourism and Hospitality Management from University Utara Malaysia (UUM), Malaysia and Master in Tourism from Yarmouk University, Jordan. He did his Bachelor in Business Administration from Irbid National University, Jordan.

He has about 19 years of work experience in educational institutes as an educator, researcher and academic administrator. He has administration, teaching, and research experience at tourism and management institutions of repute in Jordan and UAE.


Dr. Jahmani has worked as dean of the Hospitality and Tourism Management Faculty, head of the Measurement and Evaluation Department, and head of the Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Department at Al-Ahliyya Amman University-Jordan; dean of student affairs, academic internal auditor of QA, and coordinator of the Professional Development and Community Engagement Office at Al Falah University-Dubai, UAE; and dean of the MENA College of Management-Dubai, UAE.

Dr. Jahmani has published research papers in reputed refereed international journals inndixed by Scopus and ISI. His teaching and research interest areas include tourism and hospitality marketing. e-tourism, sustainable tourism and airline marketing and management.
