Dr. Ashraf Hani Issa Jahmani holds a PhD in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (2008), a Master’s degree in Tourism from Yarmouk University, Jordan (2003), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Irbid Private University, Jordan (2000).

Dr. Ashraf Hani Issa Jahmani worked as an Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, Jordan. He has over two decades of experience in academia and administration across Jordan and the UAE, holding leadership roles such as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs & Accreditation, Vice Dean for Quality Affairs, Head of multiple academic departments, and Dean of Student Affairs. His professional background also includes industry experience in tourism operations, hotel management, and quality assurance consultancy.

Dr. Ashraf Hani Issa Jahmani is an Associate Professor specializing in Hospitality and Tourism Management, with extensive teaching experience in areas such as hospitality marketing, sustainable tourism, event management, and strategic tourism management. He has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, presented at international conferences including TASK and UNWTO, and maintains an active research profile with a Scopus h-index of 11. His work bridges theory and practice, contributing to advancements in tourism education, sustainable tourism, and organizational performance in the hospitality sector.
