Accreditation | Horizon University

In accordance with the Ministerial Decree No. (171) of the Year 2025, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which grants Horizon University College (HUC) licensure to operate in the higher education sector, the Commission herby certifies that the accreditation of the undergraduate programs formerly active and offered by Skyline University College has been transferred to HUC, effective 3 August 2025. This accreditation is valid until 31 July 2027, subject to ongoing compliance with MOHESR regulations and the Accreditation Standards. The programs transferred are the following:

4. Bachelor of Science In Information Technology with Concentration in Enterprise Computing
