Dr. Shneikat holds B.Sc. Degree in Regional Planning, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Al-Balqa’ Applied University in Jordan, and PhD in Business Administration from Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus. 

Dr. Shneikat has over 17 years of experience working in business schools across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Cyprus, and the UAE. His professional background encompasses teaching, academic administration, research supervision, seminar organization, and student advising, reflecting a well-rounded engagement in higher education.

Dr. Shneikat has published several research papers in peer-reviewed SSCI and Scopus-indexed journals. He also served as an editor for a book published by Emerald Group (UK) and contributed two book chapters to internationally recognized publications. In addition, he has presented two conference papers and acted as a reviewer for leading journals such as the Journal of Business Research, the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, and the Service Industries Journal. His primary areas of interest include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and International Higher Education.
