Tree Plantation Campaign at Al-Muntathar Reserve Promotes Environmental Responsibility

As part of its ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and community engagement, two faculty members accompanied ten students to participate in a tree plantation campaign at Al‑Muntathar Reserve on 29 January 2026.

During the visit, students actively took part in planting saplings at designated locations within the reserve under the supervision and guidance of the organizing authority. The activity was conducted in an organized and enthusiastic manner, with students demonstrating strong teamwork and responsibility while planting and providing initial care for the newly planted trees.

The initiative offered students valuable hands-on experience in environmental conservation while highlighting the importance of preserving natural ecosystems and protecting biodiversity. Through this practical engagement, participants gained deeper awareness of sustainable practices and the critical role individuals can play in supporting environmental protection.

The tree plantation campaign reflects the institution’s dedication to fostering environmental responsibility among students and encouraging active participation in initiatives that contribute to a greener and more sustainable future.
