Horizon University College (HUC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Consulate General of Pakistan, Dubai- UAE.

The MOU was signed between H.E Hassan Afzal Khan– Consul General, Consulate General of Pakistan, Dubai and MR. Rakesh Gaur – Director of Marketing and Communications, Horizon University College, witnessed by Mr. Mohammad Rasheed Khalid – Head of Corporate Affairs Office at HUC. The MOU aims to strengthen the Pakistani student body in HUC and allocate special scholarships for them. It also covers the conduct of various workshops and training programs for the Pakistani community at large in The United Arab Emirates.
