Horizon University has launched the new Youth Empowerment Sponsorship program that aims to empower young students of all nationalities and make them obtain the best higher education in the UAE. We at Horizon University College are committed to providing high-quality education to young students for a bright future.
This Youth Empowerment Scholarship program is available to all young students who have successfully completed their twelfth standard and meet the admission criteria required by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
