Horizon University College’s (HUC) Library Department signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Dubai’s (UOD) Library Department on October 13, 2021, at HUC campus. Dr. Ali Amour, Manager of the Library and Learning Resources Center of UOD and Dr. Deepak Kalra, Director of Learning Resources of HUC, signed the MoU in the presence of Mr. Veeramani Rasu, HUC’s Head Librarian.

The MoU highlights the cooperation of the two educational institutions in the fields of research, education, and e-resources sharing between educators and students.
